WHO WE ARE
Football Talent Deserves a Pathway
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
Across Africa, thousands of young footballers possess the ability, ambition and determination to succeed, yet many never receive the structured development, professional guidance, exposure or connections required to progress.
AMU Global Football exists to help change that.
We provide a structured football ecosystem designed around the development of players and the creation of meaningful opportunities.
Our approach brings together:
We believe that developing a footballer is about more than improving what happens on the pitch.
It is about developing the player, person, professional and pathway.
OUR MISSION
Developing Talent. Opening Doors. Changing Lives Through Football.
Our mission is to build a professional pathway through which talented footballers can develop their abilities, understand the demands of professional football and access opportunities beyond their immediate environment.
We want African football talent to be seen, developed, prepared and connected.
01 — IDENTIFY
Find the Talent
Through scouting, assessments, trials and football networks, we identify players with potential and ambition.
02 — DEVELOP
Build the Player
We support players with structured technical, tactical, physical, mental and professional development.
03 — CONNECT
Create Opportunities
We connect suitably prepared players with clubs, scouts, academies, agents, competitions and football opportunities.
